Policies and Procedures


Cancellation Policy:

DCS understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Refund Policy:

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon immediately of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction.

Deposit Policy:

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $20 required desposit on all services booked. The deposit goes towards your remaining balance and if your service is cancelled within the alloted time frame, the deposit can go towards another appointment. But, if not cancelled within the allotted time frame, you forfeit your deposit.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it is subject to cancellation based on my availability.

Before You Arrive at the Salon:

  • Please ensure hair is free of excessive tangles (if extra time is needed for detangling, a fee may incur).

  • If you are feeling and/or showing any sick symtopms please contact us immedietly for how to proceed.

  • No extra guest allowed if not recieving a service

Every service will receive a FREE steam treatment. Healthy hair is of the upmost importance to Des Cheveux Sains Salon
